10/30/07.   This is the newest section of the site and, like other sections, is a work in progress.  I hope you enjoy these early additions.  I had never heard of these propaganda posters until some on NSF (Ari) turned me on to them.  They're not easy to come by, and Ari's prices were so fair that I had to pick up a few.  While this section is not limited to the propaganda posters, they are the first to be listed.  Over time, I'll add some more.

10/30/07. Chinese. These next four posters are what I've come to know as Chinese propaganda posters. This one, approximately 20x30 in size, features Chairman Mao along with Chinese text against a vivid red background. I don't know exactly why these posters appeal to me, but they do and that's all that really matters. They are obviously not movie posters, but then again this isn't the first time I would be putting non-movie posters on this site! I hope to add more over time. R/SS.

10/30/07. Chinese. What a superb image. I guess over time I will learn more about these posters, but for now, I enjoy looking at them. R/SS.

10/30/07. Chinese. I am informed that this poster is very rare in that China did not often use Russian images in its posters, this being, of course, Lenin. R/SS.
